Thank you for choosing to partner with us and offer our jewelry in your store—we truly value your support!

When you place a wholesale order through our website, it will be shipped from our U.S. distribution center within 1–2 business days. We primarily ship via UPS due to their consistent reliability. For some orders including those shipped to a P.O. Box, we use USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated at current market rates based on the size and weight of your package. We’re also pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $300 USD.

Custom Duties:

Some countries may charge custom fees on our products. Such duty is a tax levied by governments on the value (prior to any discounts) including freight and insurance of imported products. Due to the local collection process this may result in a later delivery time than originally estimated. Please note that any local duties, customs, and taxes that apply must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Starfish Project is unable to accept or refund abandoned packages.
